During my year of learning anatomy for sculpture I produced this series of intrinsically human figures which became gradually more experimental.A flight of fancy: I decided that rather than stick to the straightforward - I’d play with each one to build a sub-culture – a group of beings: part human, part animal, each one expressing an emotion / a freedom – a whimsical collection which could either stand alone or as a group. Party goers at some incredible festival that I’d love to go along to.
